It's called assertiveness, and it's going to be important to let that assertiveness out. Why? Because if you don't take what you want, it might just sit there, useless and unused, when you could be doing something wonderful with it. Or somebody else might take it, and why should they when you have every bit as much right to it as they do? Go get 'em!
