Mar 20, 2023 – The career transition you're going through right now is very exciting. But be careful not to automatically equate career change with career improvement! This new routine will still become an old routine eventually, no matter how thrilling your new responsibilities are initially. This isn't to say that things won't be exciting for a while. Just make sure that you don't commit yourself to anything too permanent too soon. You have to give yourself time to settle into your new role first.
