All of this nice stuff is keeping people from arguing, but it's not helping get anything done. You need progress, and to get it you need to push your agenda. Don't worry. People are going to be more receptive to your suggestions than you think. They're getting frustrated with the lack of headway, too. Spring your ideas on them as soon as you can.
