Jun 23, 2022 – Yes, PE stands for "physical education." But it could also stand for "patience and effort," which, if you think about it, is what most physical education involves too. You're getting physically fit, and it's going to take patience and effort. But the payoff of sounder sleep, a stronger sense of self, a better relationship with your body, and, by extension, with the world around you, would be more than worth it. Get going and have a good time!
