The members of this group aren't quite as mature as you are, and they need to be led along like children in kindergarten. You need to be the grown-up in this particular scenario, and you shouldn't feel like you have to sugarcoat what you have to say. Tell it like it is. You'll waste less time and get more accomplished. Making everyone feel comfortable isn't your responsibility.
