May 25, 2023 – Seek out the people you most respect. Being with them will provide you with positive reinforcement and remind you of what a special person you are. Make sure you have contact with these good people with some regularity. Wwhy aren't they more integrated into your usual social group? It might be time to reconsider your key friendships and why you have them. Spending time with someone who doesn't make you feel good isn't the definition of friendship.
