But right now you need to pull some of your attention away from others and toward yourself. Being constantly focused on external ideas and other people's problems isn't the healthiest thing for you at this point in your life. Clear up your social calendar and start setting aside some quality time for yourself. Even if it's just an hour here and there, it'll make a difference. Focus on you.
