When you see things going off the track, speak your mind and let people know the right way to go (using your customary diplomacy, of course). Don't be intimidated by anyone in the room. Chances are they will be impressed by your attitude and enlightened by what you have to say. When a friend makes a confession, tell them straight up what you think. They deserve to know.
