If someone directs negative energy toward you, encourage them to speak their mind. Let their feelings hang in the air and then let it go. You know what you did (or didn't do), and there's no sense in fanning the flames. Conflict makes people act in odd ways, and it's okay if you don't like it. Fortunately, it's rare in your life.
