Jan 19, 2023 – It's going to become quite obvious today that someone who's been full of great ideas is also full of empty promises. They're doing nothing at all to build on their plans or follow through with what they told you they were going to do, and they show no sign of changing any time soon. Instead of calling them on it or getting frustrated, just move on. Skip over them and do what you were planning on doing before they came on the scene. You don't really need them anyway.
