Someone, possibly a stranger, could perform an act of kindness so random that it leaves you feeling a little suspicious of them. But where is your altruism? People sometimes do nice things just because it feels good. There are no hidden strings or ulterior motives. It's just a nice thing that you should be thankful for and inspired to imitate.
