Jul 11, 2023 – It's easy to lose respect for someone in a position of authority who repeatedly lets you down, but try not to let any disillusionment turn you against other people who had nothing to do with it. You have to remember that one bad apple doesn't always spoil the whole bunch. Withhold any judgment today, and give people the benefit of the doubt. There is a lot more good than bad in the people you're working with now, but you might have to have some patience to find it.
