Aug 7, 2023 – It's okay if you're feeling a little more sensitive than usual today. Don't be self-conscious about it. It's to be expected, what with everything that's been going on. Don't beat yourself up if you snap at someone's innocent comment. It's important to be aware of your feelings and just let yourself feel them. Pushing them aside or pretending that everything is fine and dandy might make other people more comfortable, but it won't help you.
