Jun 28, 2026 – Take your life back to basics today, starting as soon as you wake up in the morning. Select one of your more demure outfits, skip the fancy coffee drink and just go for a cup of java, and try brown bagging it for lunch. Later, cook yourself a nice, modest meal and go to bed early. It's all about saying goodbye to excess. Try it out for a day and see how you like it -- you can weave things back into your life later if you miss them (though you probably won't).
