Jan 11, 2023 – Not everyone is on the same timetable as you, and you shouldn't try to rush them to get to where you are. It isn't too hard to see what's holding them back, but just because you understand the problem doesn't mean you can solve it. This is their issue to deal with, so let them do so. The only way you can help speed things up is to show them what you know. Give them a hint or two about where they need to apply their energy. Then let them know that you are there to help them if needed.
