Jul 6, 2022 – You're moving up when it comes to the career ladder, and it couldn't be more timely. Keep in mind, however, that "moving up" doesn't necessarily mean a corner office and a raise (although those things aren't out of the question). It could also mean more time off, a change to a different office, fewer working hours, or being able to work from home, any of which add up to a much better quality of life. In the end, that's what truly counts.
