Aug 2, 2023 – In a group discussion today, others will agree with you, but only up to a point. Just because heads are nodding and people are agreeing with everything you say doesn't mean that they're willing to march into battle with you. Before you assume that you've got some sort of mutiny or revolution on your hands, take a step back and realize that they're truly happy to hear someone like you say what they're feeling, but they just want to vent. They don't necessarily want do anything about it.
